Energy transition is the key to solving the climate problem, there is no doubt about that. Although many good initiatives are already in place, much remains to be done. This requires great efforts in development, innovation and cooperation and requires real leadership.

We need leaders who are convinced of the need for this change, who want to take the lead and who have a clear vision and strategy. These leaders must be determined in their thinking and actions and be able to engage and motivate people. At Ebbinge, we see it as our job to find, connect and develop these types of leaders.
