De functie
The MD Europe will have full P&L responsibility for achieving the targeted results and driving growth to support the projected increase in revenue. In addition to focusing on top-line growth, the MD will also emphasize bottom-line performance. They will take a pragmatic approach to aligning various managers and departments within MM Flowers, with the goal of strengthening synergies and unifying the vision, goals, and processes across the company. Additionally, the MD will focus on structuring, standardizing, and professionalizing processes.

- Proven full P&L experience
- Experience in production/wholesale of perishable goods for retail
- Expertise in process optimization, efficiency, cost reduction, and capacity expansion
- Data-driven with IT/Business infrastructure knowledge
- International work experience
- MSc/BSc level of education
- Fluent in Dutch, English, and preferably German
